Returns, Refunds and Exchanges
We want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase.
Please contact us if you are unhappy with your purchase for any reason. Below are the options we typically use for resolving issues that may arise from purchasing online. We will chat with you to determine the best fit for your situation.
Option 1: Return the product for a full refund. You may ship the product back to us, at your expense, and receive a full refund of your original purchase price for the item/items that you send back.
Option 2: Return the product for a new one (exchange). You may ship the product back to us, at your expense, and we will ship you a new one or give you a credit towards another product.
Option 3: Partial refund. Occasionally, we may determine the best option is for you to keep the product and receive a partial refund of the original purchase price.
A few additional things to keep in mind:
Actual colors may vary slightly from what you see online. Also, many of our products are handmade and will have variations, making the item you receive one of a kind. We try to keep our pictures and descriptions as accurate as possible.
Please report any items that are incorrect, missing or damaged within 7 days of delivery.
We are unable to accept returns or refunds on custom order products.
We charge a flat rate of $7 for shipping and handling on all orders shipped in the contiguous US.
Our order processing time is usually about 2 to 3 business days but may be longer if we are experiencing a high volume of orders. Shipping times will vary based on the shipping method we use but generally takes between 2 to 8 business days.
